Nik jumped forward in the air, flipping over Kiani, and landed in the earth, finally activating his lightsaber with a great snap-hiss.

Watching her charge, Nik began flipping backwards on his hands, until he reached the trunk of a tree. He made one final backwards leap, landed sideways on the trunk, and sprung in the other direction, over Kiani, and landed with a backward swing of his blade.

Nik shoved aside Kiani's blade. "I'm sorry", he said, raising his lightsaber. "You can't have him." He then swung his down hard at the Sith, drawing power into his muscles with the Force.
