Sidewinder and Flashback make quick work of the bombers, and more than a few of the fighters, sending the rest of the fighters packing with serious damage. "That was almost easy," Flashback says, removing his helmet to wipe away the sweat from his face.

Though the old base is damaged by several bombs, plus a crashing droid starfighter, casualties are pretty light. And the gunships soon arrive to pick up the survivors.

All of Charlie Company volunteers to pick up their dead comrades in the destroyed Bravo Company before filing onto the gunships..

As Matt and his Padawan accompany the Admiral back to the bridge they discuss what they're going to do next. "It looks like we're going back to Coruscant for a while to rebuild the battalion," Matt says as they enter the bridge.
