Rez presses a button and a vibro-blade comes out of his right gauntlet. And with his left hand, he grabs the lightsaber of one of his first victims out of a pocket and ignites the yellow blade. He moves into a fighting stance.
Rez: Let's do this then...
The hunter cheats and launches a dart from his left knee-pad dart launcher, the projectile imbeds itself in the targets right kneecap. Rez the launches himself at the guard, lightsaber in front of him.

*Sandblade dodges the lunge, rolling on the ground and removing the dart, then hits the assassin in the square of the back with his elbow*

Rez activates the flamethrower on his left gauntlet and torches the area.

Rez: So, an ex-Jedi... no matter.
The hunter/ assassin launches a cord from his right gauntlet, which raps around the guard, pinning his arms to his sides and ensnaring him.
Rez: Now then. Black Sun is paying me greatly for the death of your 'diplomat'. And I intend to finish the job. Oh, one more thing...
With the press on a button, Rez sends an electric charge through the metal cord and ejects the generator, still attached the the metal wire, still feeding the charge. With that Rez walks over to the diplomat.
Rez: Taldan Rool, before you die, Black Sun wants you to know... they don't take kindly to money stealing cheats.
Rez Tambot has the blaster aim at the diplomat's forehead and is preparing to pull the trigger.

The mandalorian assassin falls to his knees and clutches the bloody stump where his right hand had been.
Rez: I'll make you pay for that.
Even though the sword cut off his right hand, it missed the blade of his right gauntlet, which Rez dives into the ex-Jedi's gut as deep as possible.

ooc: the guard could survive, I mean medical technology is very advanced in Star Wars. This could actually set the stage for some later RPs involving these two characters, your one tracking Rez because of wanting revenge for the death of the diplomat and the near-fatal wounding he himself suffered.

Rez pushes the guard off his blade and walks off to 'take' another speeder. Before he leaves though, he kills the diplomat known as Taldan Rool by cutting his head off with the gauntlet blade, and takes the head as proof of termination. Back at Black Sun headquarters, Rez has his wounds treated and receives a mechanical claw to replace the hand he lost. He then collects the 50,000 credit reward and disappears back into the criminal underworld.

After this, Sandblade spends weeks in intensive care. Upon release, he does not begin to search for the assassin, as he can respect doing a job. But he does wear that next time, the assassin would lose more than a hand.
