Captain A-41 "Hawkbat": Mission Briefing; While on a mercy mission to the planet Argai, Senator Calista Staten of the Vulpanian Consortium, was captured up Separatist forces led by a Dark Acolyte known as D'tikt. She is currently being held prisoner in a CIS stronghold in the northern hemisphere. Our mission is to extract the Senator, and if possible, capture D'tikt and take down the stronghold. General Kaist will be assisting us on this mission. Any questions?
RC-1294 "Chief": Yes sir. What is the strength of the opposition?
General Kaist: Intel is sketchy at best, but we are looking at atleast 100 to 200 droids, not including organics. Anyone else have a question?

Captain A-41 "Hawkbat": The 618th Tactical Strike Legion, under the command of General Faya and Commander Kemil will serve as a decoy, allowing us to slip in from the backside. With alittle luck, we will be undetected until it is to late for them to do anything.

Captain A-41 "Hawkbat": Melee, you will be assigned a Golon FC1-A Flechette Launcher and BlasTech DC-17M with Anti-Armor Attachment. Scar will be packing a Z-6 Rotary Blaster Cannon. Hunter old boy, you get a DC-17M with Sniper attachment. Chief will be carrying the standard DC-17M, and everyone will be bringing their DC-15s Sidearm as backup. You will also bring what other weapons you can carry, it's your call.

The group exits the briefing room and go their own ways. Kaist and Chief go to the young vixen's quarters to talk about their growing relationship.

ooc: Commandos each have their own personality, unlike most clones. So it shouldn't be that hard to play them.

After making love, Chief and Kaist prepare themselves for the coming mission. The two secret lovers arrive in the hangerbay 10 minutes before they are to launch. Captain A-41 is busy checking over holomaps of the enemy stronghold several feet away from the gunship they are going to use.

RC-1196 "Scar" checks over his medical kit one last time. After it meets his approval, he hopes that he will not have to use it.
RC-1204 "Melee" checks over his satchel charges, hoping that he will be able to use them on this mission.
RC-1221 "Hunter" checks over his equipment once more, and upon meeting his approval, prepares to board the gunship.

RC-1294 "Chief": Alright brothers, prepare for combat!
After all the combatants enter the LAAT/i, the gunship leaves the hanger of the Venator Star Destroyer Reunification. The clone pilot assigned to Rancor Squad pilots the gunship through incoming fire with the skill of a Jedi. The clone pilot is designated CP-1286, but his nickname is "Mad Man". A nearby gunship carrying several members of the 618th, explodes as it is hit by a hailfire missile.
CP-1286 "Mad Man": Incoming fire is getting pretty hairy!

Clone Commando "Scar," "Melee," and "Hunter" show no fear, but secretly feel it as the gunship manuevers through the heavy fire that is increasing in intensity. They all hope that their craft is able to land safetly and soon.

A missile slams into the squads gunship, ripping away the port wing. The damaged gunship goes into a spin, but hits the ground at such an angle that nobody is killed. Mad Man is the only person to have received sever wounds, during the crash, the canopy shattered and sheared away his right hand. His crash harness is jammed, preventing him from getting out.
CP-1286 "Mad Man": I... I need some... help here!
Captain A-41 "Hawkbat": "Scar", get your med kit over here on the double! General Kaist, we need your lightsaber skills over here. "Chief", "Hunter" and "Melee", secure the crashsight! Keep an eye out for metalheads!

"Scar" gets out his medical kit and begins administering medical aid. He stops the flow of blood does whatever else he can to aid "Mad Man."
"Hunter" and "Melee" exit the Gunship, and prepare for battle with any droids that are likely to show up. "Hunter" scans the horizon for incoming threats, and sees something shining off in the distance, coming closer and closer.
RC-1221 "Hunter": "Looks like we've got incoming threats!"

General Kaist uses her lightsaber to cut away the injured pilots crash harness and then takes place at "Chief's" side.
RC-1294 "Chief": I have visual conformation! We have 8 SBDs inbound.
*sidenote: SBD is short for Super Battle Droid*

ooc: "Hunter" was taking cover. Oh, and I was wondering exactly when during the Clone Wars this was taking place.
The droning noise of the STAP's become louder and louder as they approach the clone commandos. "Hunter" takes careful aim, and fires at one, destroying the droid pilot.
Meanwhile, the SBD's close in on the clone commandos position, continuing to blast away at them.
