OOC: The damage may have been mostly healed, but Kari was rendered barren (meaning she can't have children).

"Very well. I will postpone taking you and Amie to your new quarters. We will go to the medical wing as you will most likely black out." Ivanova responds. she then leads the two pilots to the med center and succeeds in removing Kari's troubled memories, but Kari does black out like Ivanova said might happen. She and Amie place Kari on a bed and await for her to wake up.

OOC: If I may? My opinion is that Ivanova couldn't actually erase memories (we see no evidence of that in canon or in the old expanded universe), but she could suppress them to the point Kari can't actually recall the events. Am I making sense here?
IC: Kari wakes with a headache that makes her only experience with a hangover seem pleasant by comparison.

OOC: Ok, your logic's kinda twisty, but I can't argue with it.
IC: Kari manages to croak a quiet affirmative. "Just give me something to block out the light, please, before we go," she says.
OOC2: Think along the lines of the 'Love Mask' blindfold (which could be used as a sleepmask) you could buy at Spencer's Gifts.

IC: Ivanova knows exactly what to get. "Give me a few minutes. I have just the thing in my quarters."
Several minutes later, the vixen/cheetah hybrid returns with a black silk blindfold. She blushes as she hands it to Kari and smiles. "My husband and I can have a rather interesting love life. That blindfold is an extra on that I have never worn. Consider it a gift. Oh, Amie, here are some silk ribbons should you and Kari ever want to have some fun."
OOC: The silk ribbons are for some light bondage.

"Thank you. Your love life is your business, not mine, but please don't give Amie any ideas," Kari answers as she slips the blindfold on. "Ahh, much better!" she sighs in relief as her world goes dark thanks to the blindfold.

Amie takes one look at her currently blindfolded friend and sighs. "Whatever you did sure did a number on her," she says to Ivanova before helping Kari into one of the two bunks in the room.

If Kari were awake, she would say that Amie's smile at that instant is not a reassuring sight.
OOC: Remember, we're keeping the bedroom door closed in this one. Arguably, I've bent that rule with the blindfold, but I'm not going to break it.

Ivanova returns to the bridge after having her stimcaf. She walks over to her husband and informs Marcus that Amie and Kari are situated in their new quarters.
