"As you were." Marcus barks. "We have just returned from the Home One after talking with Admiral Ackbar. Most of the fleet is already assembled, but we are waiting on a few stragglers to show up. The Empire is building a new Death Star and our time to attack is now, while its main weapon is still inoperable. We most likely only have one shot at this. A commando unit being led by General Solo will be taking a stolen Imperial shuttle ahead of the fleet to deactivate the planet-based shield generator that is protecting the second Death Star. The biggest part of intel we gathered is that Emperor Palpatine himself will be aboard the station and as such, it is a perfect time to end his reign of terror while also delivering another blow to the Empire that he created."

The Winged Vixens learn that they are flying as part Wedge Antilles’ Red Group. “So we’re flying with the best,” Kari says loudly. “Here’s our chance to prove that we’re just as good as they are!”
