Just a few minor uniform notes... The code cylinders on the left side would be in a shoulder pocket, not tucked behind the rank bars. Also, the rank is not extensive enough. If memory serves, you ranked him a Colonel, not a General. My sources indicate that five combat blocks (red) over five strategic command blocks (blue) is the appropriate rank for General, with two code cylinders in each of the right breast pocket and left shoulder pocket.

Not to nitpick you, but heres a pic of General Veers.  And he has 4 red and blue and one command cylynder I can see |

Double checked on the code cyllinders, and I was mistaken. The rank bar doesn't overlap them, though. As for your picture of Veers, I counter with one of Mohc:  |
