Hey, people.... Have a head-scratcher for 'ya.... I know that "Star Tours" in Disneyland is just a ride. However, I can't help but wonder if it might have a place in the Star Wars timeline. If we assume that it is post Battle of Endor(Because of the Tour attempting to take you to the forest moon, and also supposing that the Ewoks have agreed to it), then what place does a Death Star have there? My theory is that, because we don't know what Lucas has cooking in his head for his own version of the New Republic days, it could be a Death Star built by the Imperial Remenant. It is destroyed by a New Republic fighter group, and we end up back where we started. But then, how would the Imps have funded this operation, especially without the Rebels knowing before the darned thing was finished? It could be an alternate dimension, in which there is more than one Death Star. In Disney's official text description of the ride, it says that your craft joins others against "a Death Star". The whole thing reminds me a little bit the the story in "The Furry Conflict".... Yoda is Emperor, and there are several Death Stars floating around the galaxy. Either another dimension, or Lucas just slammed his hands down on the sory writing desk and said "fuggetaboutit".... But that doesn't sound like Lucas to me.
Can anyone help me out?

Wow, last time I went on that ride was when I was like 7 years old, so my memory fails... It might not be post-empire, but that wouldn't count for somethings like C-3PO and R2 being there instead of on endor... All I do remember is that ride was awesome

A fun ride, methinks, but about as canon as our little adventures here. *chuckles*

^(Not making any cents)
$.25, or $.10? How many Cents? Any cents? Any cents at all? In-cents? Horse-cents? Common cents!
(I call this poetry. No cents crying about it.)
