Before I continue on, I would like to thank John for creating this section on the message board. I have finally been given a place to talk about my creation in public. Thanks.
Anthro Armada is about furries in space defending themselves from an alien menace, the Persoids. It's basically a sci-fi version of the ancient rivalry between the Greeks and the Persian Empire. Specifically, it is about the life and trials of a tiger named Khalon, and the crew of his ship, the Khalon's Talon, which is a Ledell-class Destroyer.
The main characters are: Khalon, a tiger who is commander of a destroyer. Jac, a Jackal who is best friends with Khalon and part of the command staff of the ship. Zafirah, a tiger who is an ace pilot and love interest to Khalon. Zev, a Labrador Retriever who leads a marine platoon on the ship. and Jinx, who also leads a marine platoon on the ship.
There may be others, but it is these five that will stand out in the story. I will give a biography on each of them later, along with a brief history of the Anthro, their ships, and other useful info.

MAJOR CHANGES MADE TO ANTHRO ARMADA
Changed the name of the Persoids to the IMPERIUM
All Anthro are now carnivorous mammals.
Anthro ships have been modified to better suit their new personality and mind-set (see the other Anthro Armada topic).
Changed the size of most of the Antro Anti-Starship Rail Guns. The 100mm one is now 125mm, the 200mm one is now 250mm, and the 400mm one is now 500mm; the 1,000mm one has been left unchanged.

So, do you guys have any questions about Anthro Armada, any at all, trivial or not?

Over a month, and still no questions asked. As I said before, any kind of question about Anthro Armada is welcomed. Anything that I may have forgotten to mention about Anthro Armada that you want to know? I ask this, because I like it when people as me questions about my ideas.

Today, my face is red, for I have just discovered why Mircosoft Word wasn't labling "Ghazi" as misspelled. Aparently, it's a real word; it's a Muslim term for holy warrior. As a result, I will be replacing that word with Imperium, to avoid offending people.
Please let me know if the word still exists in my older posts.

My question comes with the rank structure. You begin using the French word for "soldier" and then progress to mixing in English and German... Why?

Really? "Soldat" is French? I thought that it was German. Anyways, the rank system names are there until I can figure out more ...unique rank names. I just happened to use words that I thought would be cool.
Additionally, I'm changing the cast of the Anthro Armada book. Since the characters that I have named will appear extensively in the game that I'm developing, everyone will know what happened to them in the book(s), so few will want to read them. That and as I've fleshed out the characters a bit more, they wouldn't fit well into the timeline that I created for the book, so I have to use new characters. In other words, same play, different actors.

If you want a German rank structure auf Deutsch/, then you need but ask and I can probably find both WW2 and modern structures. ^_^ Being military myself, I take a strong interest in rank-structure and nomenclature for things.
