I only need write the acronym: SSB. We loved it. It rocked us, in a way that not many video games had. Next, SSBM. It rocked us further, from, "Heh, okay graphics" , to "Oh, my God, I can see the rivets on Mario's pants!".... It perfected the original concept. Now, I present to you, Super Smash Bros. BRAWL! This latest SSB incarnation is making its debut on the Nintendo Revolution(I'm sorry.... "Wii". Wheee.... Hrmph), and I must say, it aims to please! The graphics are better than before(We're talkin' SCATTER PLOTTING!), the stages better than before, there are more characters(Wario, Metaknight, and Pit, to name a few), plus, we get to see Samus without her suit on.... But, it wasn't all of this that got me excited. Towards the end of the preview movie(Which you can find at the game's official site, here: www.smashbros.com/en/main.html ), you see something that you never expected to see.... Solid Snake. Now, keep in mind, I am not a Metal Gear fan.... I am just incredibly proud that SSB has taken the first step in becoming what it finally should be: All game characters vs. each other. What's next in this bright future of gaming? Sonic the Hedgehog fighting Kirby? Fox McLoud squaring off against Sora? Master Chief against Samus? Only time will tell. But, for now, we have this incredibly promising title in one of the best game series of all time! *Update* For those of you not able to see the web site's own trailer, here is an MP3 version: www.gamesarefun.com/games/wii/smashbrosbrawl/e3trailer.mpg

Just a li'l question, Nikko, but which Snake is it?
From what I can recall, both of 'em were EXPERT CQB fighters, and I'd hate to see one of 'em taken down by Kirby when things get up-close. That'd just be shameful.
I do hope Mr. Game-and-Watch happens to still be there. He was a personal favourite. :3

I think the one from MGS III.... Again, I haven't followed them, but that seems to be the right one....
As for Secret Characters, G&W was one of my favs too.... I hope that they have Krystal from StarFox. Not because of a Yiff thing.... She's just kinda cool.... And cute....

I like Krystal too, because of her kind, caring nature. I'm not really happy about the yiff people draw of her; just doesn't seem right in this case.

I know.... Unfortuanately, yiff is where furrydom has its roots. All we can do is prove otherwise with what we do here.

I know some whom think Crystal was a token vixen designed just to be of romantic interest for Fox... *shrugs* Personally, I've not looked into it, and so shall I reserve my judgement for when I can...

From what I've heard, the game was supposed to be all about her, without the StarFox element(I think that's why it's so different from the other StarFox games). As it was being made for the GameCube's release, Nintendo went into "heritage mode" and changed it into a game about Fox, in which Krystal has but a small cameo. Kinda racy for a normal Nintendo release, anyway.... But I would've played it....

No, it's Solid Snake, the main one, cause Colonel Cambell is talking to him through codec. Naked Snake(a.k.a. Big Boss) is the one in MGS III, the father of Solid, Liquid, and Solidus. I do follow up on Metal Gear games, I have MGS: The Twin Snakes for the GC, plus I read up on the other games on Wikipedia. ^.^
