Moderate for medium weather
Difficult for heavy weather
Very Difficult for storms (tornadoes, etc.)
Sense Difficulty:
Moderate, modified by proximity.
Alter Difficulty:
Easy for mild changes in intensity or direction
Moderate for medium changes
Difficult for large changes
Very Difficult for dramatic, drastic changes
Modified by proximity/distance of weather change.
Time to use: one minute to one hour
