Alter Difficulty: Moderate + number of targets
Required Powers: Loud
Time to use: One round
Effect: Much like the Loud power, this power allows the Jedi to be heard across a great distance. However, in this application, the Jedi now carries voice and authority, and may use this power to intimidate or frighten the target(s).
Target Modifiers:
1-5 Targets: +5
Up to 10 Targets: +10
Up to 50: +20
Up to a 100: +30
100+ targets: GM Discretion
