What activities do you mean? When does your plane arrive? Since we have a room together we don't have to co0ordinate much of anything a head of time since we'll all know where to find eacother when we aren't doing things. We meet up, get settled in the hotel room or at a restaurant if we get in before check-in time and decide what we are going to do from there.

I'm pretty sure that my plane arrives around 8:25 am at Portland International Airport on Friday November 17th. I'll check again to make sure, but I'm fairly certain about that time.

Okay, the Hotel will probably have shuttles back and forth to the airport. I'm not sure at this point what my work schedule will be on Friday, I should be able to get the day off or leave early. Otherwise if I get off work at 6pm and it takes about 5 hours to drive down here, I won't be in town until 11pm. I think either Nik or I will be able to check-in for the room. I didn't have your real name when I made the reservations(actually I still don't). Anyway, IM me if you want to talk about this more. I'm going to be a bit busy here so I might not check the forums as often as usual (whichi isn't that often anyway)

Yay! I'm not working Friday, so I'll try to be ready and leave Friday Morning, which means in should be in Portland around noon or later.

I'll bring some food for in room snacking for when there isn time or energy or something else for going out to get food. Usually it's fruits, bagels & cream cheese for breakfast and snacks, stuff for making sandwiches and a few snacky snacks. Let me know if there is something you would perfer. I usually assume we don't have a microwave or refrigerator in room, but I should check.

I was considering wearing a costume of some sort, but all I'd look like with what I've got right now is the sadest, most pathetic looking Kzin there ever was. Therefore, I will not wear a costume this time around.
