Indeed, my friends.... I am going to experience Paintball for the first time this morning, around 10-ish, PST.

*laughs* You'll come back sore, tired, and happy, methinks. Just remember, shoot in controlled bursts of two or three rounds, squeeze -not pull- the trigger gently, and don't get shot yourself.

Well, time for the report! *Looks at welts* Actually, they don't hurt that much.... Unless you touch them. But, the paintballing itself was a blast; I'm tellin' ya, there's nothing like the adrenaline rush you get when you can hear ammunition whizzing past your head!
Also, Binary, thanks for the advice.... But it was a bare-bones gun that I was borrowing, and it only had a single-shot mode!
Oh, finally.... I didn't even scratch the guy. Not a single one. Zilch. Granted, it was my first try at combat, and I had a few tactics that almost gunned down my quarry.... The gun was pretty old, so it didn't have the best accuracy, not like the other guys' weapon....

Accuracy isn't entirely the weapon, Nik. I shot 14/50 on my first rifle-attempt, and 35/50 on my third (didn't keep track in between). Although, neither is it entirely the person; you know when the last time it was cleaned and sighted?
Also, you should know that single-shot's easier to control than a spray.

Yeah, I guess.... Before then, I had never fired a projectile weapon before!

Good to hear that you had fun playing paint ball.
As for accuracy, I think I'm pretty good with single shot stuff; at Disney Land, I'm a pretty good shot at the target practice place in Frontier Land.
