My Trip To New Orleans (Thus Far)

Well, after about two days of frustration, I have Internet access at the hotel I am staying at. Thus far, things weren't too bad; I was expecting the city to stink a bit from hurricane Katrina, but thus far, my nose has not picked up any vile odors from the city itself.

I went to the D-Day museum with my dad, and had a good time there today; my dad commented that you could go in not knowing a thing about WWII, and come out very well informed about that time period. They even had a German 7.5cm artillery gun from the DAK.

My mom was the one with the camera that day, so I doubt that there were any pictures taken at the museum, since she was somewhere else that day. I'll check though, just to be sure.
