Great, just great; the cavity that was detected by my dentist seems to have grown and actually has now become visible. Damn, just, damn. And that's just one of the cavities that I have; why the hell don't I take better care of my teeth? Molecular nano-technology, I need you and I need you NOW!!!

Lt. Tilikian works for Starfleet. He isn't making any money in the private sector. Ironic that he's a dentist with no teeth! Aside from dentistry, he'll be able to assist in surguries, but he's not a surgeon himself, at lets not yet... Though I'm not sure I'd trust him myself to do surgery on me. He's not exactly as unflappable as Mr. Spock.
So I'm sure you already get enough lectures from you own dentist so I won't go in character.... I know I get enough lectures from mine...
