The Good News about the results from my blood test: my chloresteral is low.
The Bad News: it's too low. Unless it's a mistake, my good chloresteral is dangerously low.
The Conclusion: I should walk around the neighborhood every day for a while. And do other types of exercise as well.

Unfortunately, it is possible to feel good whilst your body is slowly being damaged, unbeknownst to oneself.

It would be cool if they had slow food restaurants where you'd pay for your meal then into a large room with a bunch of yummy yet elusive animals like chickens and the wouldn't serve you your dinner until you had managed to catch one and handed to them unharmed. I actually met a fur who was part of a team whose job it was to go into chicken coops and chase down all the chickens, grab them and stuff them on a truck. Sounds like the best job ever. Probably isn't, but it sounds like it, especially around lunch time. }}
