I've had this game for quite a while, and I feel that I should try to run a game or two of it at a convention sometime soon. My GM'ing skills have improved since I first was GM'ing, and my books aren't doing anything just sitting where they are, so I will see what I can do.
The TMNT RPG is based on the original 1980's comic, BEFORE the childrens cartoon came out. Dark, gritty, and indeed filled with interesting strangeness, I really love this game. Sadly, it's no longer in print.
Fortunatley, I think I have all the books for it.
