Operating #: RC-1294
Nick Name: "Chief", "Nine-Four"
Alliance: Grand Army of the Republic
Rank: Squad Leader
Species: Jaguar
Sex: Male
Assignment/Location: Rancor Squadron
Born: 32 BBY
Place of Birth: Kamino
Clone host: Jango Fett
Education: Kamino Training Facility
Marital Status: Single
Background: Like all his clone brethren, "Chief" was grown in a vat on Kamino until he was able to begin his early life. From the get-go he was breed to be a commando, he, along with RC-1196, RC-1204 and RC-1221 were trained as a group by Sergeant Tal'oor, whom they looked upon as a father. Chief excelled at training and was appointed to the position of Squad Leader just prior to the Battle of Geonosis. At Geonosis, Rancor Squad was assigned to recently knighted Jedi, Alis Kaist. During the battle, Rancor Squad racked up kill after kill against the enemy, until disaster struck, a column of Dwarf Spider droids outflanked the team, the spider droids opened fire on the Jedi and commandos, resulting in Chief receiving a blaster bolt to the right leg, destroying his kneecap, and the other combatants taking injuries of their own. It is wasn't for the arrival of a LAAT/i arriving on scene, the squad would have been lost. After the battle was won, Chief was given a replacement for his lost kneecap and spent a day in bacta, then promptly returned to service. Rancor Squad saw action in a large number of battles from the Core to the Outer Rim during the course of the war. During the third year of the war, Chief and Kaist formed a relationship, which resulted in the pregnancy of the young vixen (which was kept secret). During the Battle of Vulpan, Rancor Squad and the 492nd Heavy Hitters received Order 66. Chief convinced his fellow commandos of Rancor Squad to disobey orders, and turned on the clones of the 492nd. During the ensueing firefight, Chief was shot through the gut by Commander Di'kut, before the CO of the 492nd could end the life of the 'traitorous' commando, Kaist lept into the fray and beheaded Di'kut with a swift motion of her blade. The Rancors plus ex-General Kaist commandered a nearby YT-1300 and for Wild Space. Their current location is unknown, but some believe they are working with the Rebellion.
