DESCRIPTION:
The HardTek ME-3 is an energy matrix that can be installed onto a Type III accessory mount. This additional energy matrix houses one standard power pack and a single energy cell. This accessory is useful in high-intensity firefights where the time it would take to change out power packs could be fatal.

HISTORY:
Engineers who wished to offer our customers the ability to give their weapons more capacity between reloads developed this accessory. Designers simply modified the standard energy matrix that one would find in the PB series weapon to be compatible with the Type III accessory mount.
FEATURES:
The HardTek ME-3 Extended Energy Matrix gives the user a slot for an additional power pack and energy cell. The type III mount allows the ME-3 to integrate seamlessly with the host weapon’s energy matrix.
By default the weapon will draw upon the ME-3 before it will use its own energy matrix. The system can also be configured to use both energy matrices in a series and draw power from them evenly. The process of replacing the energy cell or power pack in the ME-3 is no different than doing it to the host weapon.
Customers who register their ME-3 with Hardtek are entitled to a 2-standard year transferable-warranty
