The industrial water knife is a cutting blade of hypervelocity water rushing between a 10 cm gap. It is an excellent cutting tool for plastics, wood, thin metals - and flesh. If the target is too hard to be cut, then all that results is a harmless spray of water. Acids cannot be used with the water knife due to the plastics used in construction.
