It had only been a few days since Rebeka Marquise had returned to the temple after her last mission, but to her this place was as close to home as her homeworld was. "I wish I had been born here." she mused to herself not noticing a figure walking up from behind her. "Slacking off on your training again." said a rather commanding voice which caused Rebeka to jump a bit and turn around to see her Father standing behind her, Augusta was the only member of the order who could sneak up behind his daughter. "No Father I'm only taking a break to clear my head." she replied. "I see, so this would have nothing to do with the odd comings and goings of you Brother would it?"

Meanwhile Marcus and his husband Crix are busy repairing the antique Delta-7 Jedi starfighter that Marcus had just purchased.

Rebeka shook her head as he father slowly walked away, she still hadn't told him or her mother about Marcus being gay and married.
She eventually found him in the hanger. "Marcus we need to talk."

"Mother already knows..." said Marcus. "She is ok with it. But I haven't the nerve to tell father, and that is why mother has kept it secret for me."

"Marcus I'm sure if you just tell him he won't disown you, he'll be mad because you didn't tell him sooner," she replied. "And I'm getting the opinion that he may know already, after all he is one of the best at finding secrets."

Rebeka spun around to see her father standing in the door way. "Frack ." she thought to herself "He followed me here." Augusta slowly walked out into the hanger and looked at his son. "I'm sure you know why I am here." he said in that stern tone of voice they remembered from when they were kids.

" I suspected as much, Marcus, why didn't you come and tell me about this." his tone and shifted to one of concern. "Your sister is right, I won't disown you, I could never do that to any of my children, but you could have told me" continued Augusta as he looked into the eyes of his eldest son.

Augusta put his Arms around his son, "Marcus, I am upset that you didn't trust me with this, but I am happy that you found someone who can keep you away from that darkness. You do know that Master Skywalker will need to be told about this, but I'll try to speak with him in private so the rest of the council doesn't know and won't judge you." he said and then slowly started to walk out in his trademake silence. "I'm sorry Marcus, Father has always been able to sneak up on all of us." stated Rebeka.

"Where is Angus I would have figured he'd be here helping you, the gear head that he is."
