"well we need to get to the nearest starport that is friendly to make repairs to the ship and to fix Tak's droid" he says.

"Alright..." said Rana in a somewhat sad tone. She was really looking forward to being intimate with this man.

(A New Challenger Comes! I'm Sam Gwosdz, and I'll be playing the role of Sallie Corsten from now on ) Sallie sighed heavily and leaned back in her chair so far that she was almost horizontal. She didn't particularly like navigating into the Asteroid Belt, because that meant using a lot of directions and commands. She was good at it, though. Very good. The job was over, though, and she was ready to take a break. Even five minutes of navigating like that tired her out. It was that intense. She ran her finger along the jagged edge of her right ear, trying to think of what she could do for a bit.

A twi'lek named Zona "One-Eye" Roslan walks up to Sallie and hands her a drink.

"Thanks, One-Eye," Sallie replied, downing the drink in one gulp and then slamming it on the nearby console, but not hard enough to make it break. "I can't explain it, but I feel bored as hell right now. Hmmm... you up for firing a few shots in the laser range?" she asked, returning her seat to the upright position. She stood up and adjusted her belly shirt a little bit, pulling it down slightly.

As they walked the corridors of the ship to the range, Sallie put her paws behind her head, and she looked like she was thinking. "I still don't get it... how exactly could that droid be her friend? I guess if you didn't have any friends, it could be one, but come on. She acted like I killed her brother or sister."

Sallie just shook her head. "I should just forget about it. I did what I had to do. That droid sent a message to the New Republic and that's that."
The firing ranges consisted of 20 long corridors, each equipped with a special firing program. One could also describe it as a big, fancy shooting gallery. Sallie took one of the standard laser pistols at the door, walked to the first lane, and signed in her ID into the holokeyboard that popped up in front of her. The hologram then displayed her stats in the gallery. They were nearly perfect for that month. She hoped to increase that percentage even slightly.
The program then began: it displayed holographic targets for her to shoot all over the range that was only about 2 meters wide. Gungans, rebel soldiers droids... the species to virtually blow into smithereens were endless. Sallie had an unusal method of blasting; she held out her left arm, bent in front of her and she rested her laser pistol on her forearm. When she began to shoot and score hit after hit, it became obvious that her unorthodox method worked for her. When the "carnage" was over, she looked at her score. She grinned broadly.
98%
That boosted up her month's percentage a couple of tenths of a point. She kept that grin on her face as she turned to Zona. "Only missed five, getting better every day, wouldn't you say?"

"Well, why don't you give it a shot?" Sallie asked, grinning and handing her the pistol. "Go on, try and get more than 245 on the same program."

Zona takes the pistol and starts to fire at the targets. At the end, she has missed seven targets, but got all the others.

"Not bad, One-Eye. Still, it's less. I should have made a bet," Sallie said, grinning.
(Something else to do now?)
