OOC: This will be a space battle rp taking place 3 years after the events in Return of the Jedi. Maestro, maybe you could be in charge of the Imperial forces and have atleast one Escort Squadron character also.
IC:
The camera zooms in on a battle taking place high above the surface of a lifeless rock of a planet. Escort Squadron was pulled into a trap, they are outmanned and outgunned.
Marcus: Stang! I knew it, we've been betrayed!
Ivanova: No time to worry about that dear, we have more incoming fighters!
The HUD on the control panel starts flashing, indicating a missile has locked on to them. Marcus dives the Tandem X-wing out of the way and maneuvers around the debris of a destroyed freighter. The missile slams into a chunk of twisted durasteel.
