"My ground detachment commander, Admiral," Matt says, motioning towards Commander Barquan. "This is Commander Barquan, and the young lady is my Padawan, Mara Swift."
Commander Barquan comes to attention and salutes the Admiral. Admiral Ralter returns the salute. "Commander," he says, shaking the clone's hand.

"I won't let any of you down." says Barquan.

"All right, introductions are out of the way, for the moment," Matt says briskly. "Let's get down to business. Admiral, I'm assuming you know more about what the Separatists have blockading Onderon than I do."

"Aye, General. There are four Trade Federation warships in orbit, accompanied by ten frigates of various makes." says Admiral Ralter.

"And it's a good bet that at least one of those frigates is a communications ship," Matt says. "I'll want the fleet to emerge from hyperspace behind Dxun, relative to Onderon. If this idea works the way I think it will, we'll gain tactical advantage over the Seps. Besides, it worked against the Mandalorians three thousand years ago."

"Yes it did, General." says Admiral Ralter.

"Nice to see that someone remembers to read history," Matt says with a quirky smile. "Let's hope the Seps didn't."

"Same here, General." says Admiral Ralter.

Mara watches in awe as Matt and Adm. Ralter begin to work on the details of Matt's plan, and even manages to come up with a few suggestions herself, much to her surprise, and Matt's pleasure.
OOC: Where've you been of late, Marcus?

OOC: I was in southern Illinois helping my brother pack p his belongings before he is sent to Afganistan.
IC: "Well General, are we ready to go then?" asked Admiral Ralter.

OOC: Cool.
IC: "Let's do this," Matt says. "The Seps've gotten a bit too full of themselves, and it's up to us to deflate them a bit."

"Agreed, General Hunter." says Admiral Ralter.
Soon the fleet is under way.

Mara looks extremely nervous, it being her first time going into battle. Commander Barquan is fairly relaxed, seeing as how his troops won't have much to do in a naval engagement.
OOC: What do you think about Matt, Mara and Barquan encountering Dooku in the Tomb of Freedon Nadd on Dxun?

OOC: I will let you decide.
IC: Soon the fleet jumps out of hyperspace and is met by incoming turbolaser fire.
Aboard the flagship of the Seppie fleet, called Durge's Fist, a tactical droid walks up to the bounty hunter Durge.
"Sir, the Republic fleet has come out of hyperspace and is now under fire from our forces." says TZ-49.

OOC: I though Durge was about Han Solo's age, or was I mistaken?
IC: "I guess the Sep Commander did remember his history lessons about how we snuck up on the Mandalorians, Admiral," Matt says with a concerned frown.
"Master?" Mara asks to get Matt's attention. "Something feels off about Dxun in the Force."
Matt doesn't reply, instead looking through some very old databases about Dxun. "Hmm, Mara, take a look at this: the Tomb of Freedon Nadd, found by the Exile, Sakura, not more than five years after I managed to get myself frozen."
"A Sith tomb?" she asks. "No wonder I have a bad feeling about this!"
"Commander Barquan!" Matt barks, causing the clone to come to attention. "Prep the troops for an assault landing at this location..." Pointing out the location of the old Mandalorian camp. "We'll secure those ruins to serve as our base camp, then move on towards the tomb. Something tells me that Count Dooku is here..."
"Yessir," Commander Barquan responds before leaving the bridge to carry out his orders.

"General Hunter, what are your orders for the fleet?" asks Admiral Ralter.

"I leave it in the hands of the experts," Matt says. "Permission to land my troops on Dxun, Admiral?"
OOC: Just how good is Admiral Ralter at all this? I'd imagine he'd have to be at least a cut above the rest if he's gonna be in a slugging match with Durge.

OOC: Admiral Dalter is one of the best, but Durge will be heading planetside soon.
IC: "Permission granted, General Hunter." says the Admiral.

OOC: Then Durge is gonna get his ass kicked by Commander Barquan and Mara Swift.
Matt left the bridge, collecting Mara on his way out. "We're going dirtside," is all he says to her.
"Yeah, with a full assault landing," she quips in return as she trots alongside him.
"Never can be too careful, my Padawan," Matt replies as they board a LAAT/i with Commander Barquan. "Pilot, you're clear to launch."
"Yes, sir," the clone pilot replies.

"This is General Hunter's assault team asking permission to launch." says clone pilot 'Sidewinder'.
"Copy that. Permission granted. Good hunting, vod." says a clone deck officer.
