Six months have passed since Keith Rogan tried to take his own life. It is now the day of his wedding to Kari Hunter, and both of them are nervous wrecks in their separate rooms. Keith is still having nerve issues from trying to kill himself a while back, but Kari has been helping him recover on the grounds that she be the dominant one in the bedroom from now on. Keith knows that Kari has a collar to put on him for the honeymoon and is embarrassed. Daxx and Vallen are visiting with the groom and jokingly mocking him.

OOC: Maybe the dominant one for the Honeymoon, but not all the time. Once the honeymoon's over, that collar's going around Kari's neck (she just doesn't know it yet).
IC: "Both of you, shut up!" Keith snaps. "Or have you two forgotten that Kari's told me about how Vallen ended up in the maid's outfit?"

Vallen is still defiant so Daxx grabs him by the left ear and drags him out of the room.
"Your rear is so taking a pounding tonight, Val." says Daxx in a frustrated tone.

OOC: That's always been my plan for her. Of course, I don't think she's going to give up all that easily, so Keith's going to have take her in hand as soon as the honeymoon's over (consider that her penultimate revenge for what he did to her over in the Lemon thread. The fist in the gut was just heat of the moment).

Daxx decides to get ready for the ceremony as well and puts on the tux that he rented. Being on Corellia, the suit coat with tails is black with a white shirt and royal blue pants. A very thin black tie completes the outfit.

OOC: And what do we call Kari's friend? Also, something tells me that Kari's going to be getting quite a few spankings after the honeymoon's done... wonder how she's going to work when her rear end is glowing red from getting pounded the night before?

"My condolences," says Sandra Mackenzie, Kari's friend who had volunteered to help her 'femininely challenged' friend get ready for the wedding.
Kari chuckles from where she was sitting in front of the vanity. "I think I can imagine," she says.
OOC: Sandra Mackenzie is a nod to S.M. Stirling's Emberverse. She's a composite of two separate characters: Sandra Arminger and Juniper Mackenzie, comprised of their best traits.

"Yeah, Vallen was part of the cheer squad in school." admits Garr. "I have some holos of him during the rallies. Swore I'd never share them, but..."
Garr produces a portable holo-player and a datacard. A image of Vallen as a teen pops to life.
