Kari and Sandra follow Ama to her office. Once there, Kari inserts the datacard into the holoplayer and brings up the images. "See what I mean?" she asks.

"By the stars! I went to school with him!" blurts Ama. "Vallen still as gay as ever, is he?"

Kari and Sandra exchange glances before Kari speaks up. "Yeah, he married my first pilot, Daxx Novastrom, a few years ago here on Onderon," she replies.

"Well, I'm happy for him in that regard." says Ama. "He only rarely got dates with guys in school."

"We were joking with his sister that he was, well, high-maintenance, at my wedding," Kari says. "The story of how he and Daxx got together ties in with my past; a past I'd prefer to forget, by the way. Suffice it to say, it was love at first sight for the two of them."

Sandra has some actual printed photos from Kari's wedding in her handbag. She pulls out several of Vallen in the bridesmaid outfit. Ama grins wickedly at this.
"I have to say that Vallen got his bondage-mitt covered hands on a rather cute guy." remarks Lady Bonteri.

"For an old man," Kari chirps. When Lady Bonteri and Sandra look at her, she explains, "Daxx is old enough to be my father."
OOC: Go read Wraith Squadron again, Marcus, they don't use printed pictures, they use holos.

OOC: In some of the old Star Wars RPG books from west End Games, they did have printed pictures. Outdated form of memory saving, but also somewhat safer.
IC: Ama lets out a restrained laugh.

Kari frowns thoughtfully before bringing out a holograph she'd found aboard the Silverwind when she'd first awoken aboard the YT-2400 that showed her as a slave. "And you can see why I'd prefer to forget my past," she says. Sandra and Lady Bonteri both gasp in shock. Sandra has known, intellectually, that her friend had been a slave, but had never seen any images of that time, or heard anyone who was in the know talk about it.

"I was a slave for a short time." informs Ama. "A lone rogue member of Death Watch took me prisoner and forced me into servitude. He drunk himself to death one night. I only learned of this after he failed to return to his bunker."

"Judging from your expression, he went a whole lot further than Jorba the Hutt ever thought about," Kari replies with a not-so-delicate shudder running up and down her spine.

"You are correct. Lux was the one who found me wandering the streets of a starport after I left the bunker. He and I married a year after." states Ama.

"Wait, the same Lux Bonteri who worked with Ahsoka Tano during the Clone Wars?" Kari asks in the tone of one making sure she's got her facts straight before drawing the obvious conclusion.

"Yes. Lux still has ties with Madam Tano. I hear she is part of some rebellion." responds Ama.

"If what I got out of Vallen back before my wedding is correct, she's most likely in the Lothal System," says Kari. She then nods at the holograph she'd laid on the desk. "I hope you didn't have to deal with a get-up like that," she says.

"Sadly, I did." says Ama. "But getting back to Vallen, he looks great as a sissy bridesmaid. We can incorporate corsets and points of restraint into the outfits you have planned for him and his husband."
