ooc: If you don't agree with the backstory, I can change it.
It is the height of the Yuuzhan Vong War. Coruscant has fallen, the Republic is in shambles. Varick Hadar, a bounty hunter, is dead, killed in battle with the Yuuzhan Vong while saving innocents from harm; it is unknown what the fate of his wife, Jesic is. However, the bloodline did not die, for in a lonely patch of space, their two children seek to avenge the loss of their parents. Having heard the call of Ar'kai from the Bothan people, they offer their services to them.

The two siblings reach the Bothan Office of Foriegn Affairs almost on time. They show their ID's, and are escorted to the office of Drashk Thri'bek (used the naming guide for Bothans), the officer in charge of Bounty Hunter and Mercenary recruitment.

Drashk gives Kandosi a glare, but says nothing on the subject.
Drashk: "Have a seat you two." The two bounty hunters take a seat. "As you may have been aware of, the war with the Yuuzhan Vong has reach a new height with the declaration of Ar'Kai. Under these new orders, every single last Yuuzhan Vong is to be destroyed; no prisoners, no surrender. Recently, Kothlis has fallen under attack by the enemy, and we need every single warrior we can get to defend the planet. This is where you two come in. You are to assassinate a major Yuuzhan Vong commander orchistrating the assault on the planet. With his death, we believe that we will be able to rout the enemy from the planet."

Meanwhile on the planet Kothlis, an aged and beaten Jesic Hadar is being held prisoner by the extra-galactic invaders.

ooc: I was thinking that the Ice Vixen was un-impounded when the Imperials were beaten, and that it was Varick's ship that was destroyed, not the Ice Vixen, which is in the hands of Kandosi and Mirdala.
Mirdala: "How much aid can we expect?"
Drashk: "A force of Bothan commandos will be assigned to work with you, but you will not be under their command, and vice versa. You are, however, expected to cooperate with one another."

ooc: well, her fate was unknown, so, I was thinking about a family reunion. As to how Jesic was captured by the Yuuzhan Vong remains a mystery.

ooc: Oh, I have no qualms about you having Jesic in the role-play, I just wanted to let you know that I planned on Kandosi and Mirdala having a ship. I like the idea of a family reunion.
Drashk: "His name is Vog H'zi (thank you Gary Gygax's Extraordinary Book of Names). He is expected to be well guarded, though he is known to lead from the front of battle."

ooc: I figured that we could have an interaction encounter between Kandosi and Mirdala about the loss of their father, and the unknown fate of their mother.
