The two mandalorians strike as one with their makeshift staff weapons.

Vog's face is filled with wicked glee; these two are more skilled than the other three were. Vog parries each blow with some difficulty, though he then counters with attacks of his own.
Vog: zhaelor (glory), for you will be worthy sacrifices for the gods!

Vog twists out of the way in time so that instead of a serious blow, it is merely painful. He quickly composes himself and lunges again at the two Mandalorians. With a well placed stike, he smashes his staff into Kandosi's weapon.

The amphistaff cuts through Kandosi's staff and into his ribcage.
Kandosi: AAAAAAAAAAGGGGGHHH!
Salla is enraged at seeing her love getting impaled on the vong's weapon.

Vog takes a heavy blow to his chest from Salla, which sends him realing back a bit. Before he can compose himself again, Salla is upon him once more.

Salla is about to smash her staff through Vog's skull when a vong warrior's shock whip raps around her neck, giving her a painful electrical jolt. The vixen yelps in pain as she collapses to the floor.

The Vong warrior who had the whip then collapses unto the ground, his last energies used to save Vog from Salla.
Vog: *cough* "You and your friend were tough, but not tough enough." Vog picks up his staff and is prepared to deliver the killing blows to Kandosi and Salla. Before he can do so, he feels a sharp pain in his gut. He looks down, and sees a blade sticking through it. He falls to the ground, and looks at who stabbed him. "You..."
ooc: I figured that Jesic could be the one who killed Vog, but it could be someone else if you want.

Salla: Who... who are you?
Jesic: My name is Jesic Hadar. I cannot remember how long I have been here, but I know it has been to long.
Jesic presses her paw to her face. Toughing the socket where her left eye had once been.
Kandosi: M-m-mother?
Jesic: It is alright my son.
Salla: Son?

The sound of gunships and transports fill the air, ready to evacuate the prisoners. The remaining vong warriors are decimated by the Bothan ships. As the last of the enemy falls, Mirdala approaches her mother and brother.

By the end of the day, Jesic, Mirdala, Kandosi, and Salla are aboard the Ice Vixen. The Vong have finally been routed from Kothlis. Though there is still a long way to victory, the path is starting to get paved.
