It has been years since the Yuuzhan Vong war, and the Second Corellian Insurrection. Jem Estara and Torm Caast have finally decided to spend the rest of their lives together and they have just been married. The wedding has just ended, and the party has begun, all their friends are there.
Jem: Well my love, our dream has come true...
Torm: I know. Your father is still very angry at us for this. But who cares.

ooc: We seem to be taking a lot of liberties with our characters and the event timeline lately; eh, who cares, as long as we have fun!
ic: Kal and Dasha Liska are at the party as well, having attended the wedding as honored guests, with their young daughter serving as the flower girl.
Dasha: Thank you for inviting us, Jem. Hard for me to imagine getting into a formal dress, but hey, it's worth it.
occ: I decided that Dasha and Kal got married sometime earlier in their lives, and had a child (still need a name though).

ooc: That is sad (Jem's mother being dead, that is). Oh, and I'll be leaving to go with my dad to a game store for the evening within the next few minutes, so I'll have to leave soon.

Jem picks up a slice of cake as well.
Meanwhile Torm and Kal are talking.
Torm: ...so I pulled some strings and got my old comrades from my days in the Rebel Alliance to be here today for the wedding and party. Jem and I made some nasty enemies during the wars, and we couldn't take the chance of them crashing the celebration.
