...I found an on-line site that is basically a guide for naming babies; it even gives the meaning of the name. I've found it VERY helpful for naming the characters that I come up with. Infact, between the baby name pocket book that I have and that site, only one of my MANY characters hasn't been named using those sources. So, for your enjoyment, here it is: www.babynames.com

behindthename.com/random/Here you will find a random name generator based on a large Real-World list. You can specify region/language, gender, whether it's just first or multiple, and even test with your own surname if you have such. I've used it plenty of times outside of here.
