The Republic Repulsortank is one of the new weapons designed by Rothana Heavy Engineering to be used by the Clone Army. Smaller, quicker, and less cumbersome than the AT-TE, the Republic Repulsortank has the ability to get into areas that other vehicles can't. Additionally, they are known to serve as mobile command vehicles for the leaders of the various battle groups, ferrying the officers from one location to another when the LAAT/c is an impractical choice. The vehicle is armed well enough to be able to defend itself, and its missiles provide a decidedly powerful punch, but it is not nearly as heavily armed as some of the various ground vehicles used throughout the Clone Wars.
