ooc: This is going to be a full out fleet engagement between the Republic and the Seperatists. This will be the final battle fought over Nik's homeworld of Badgen during the Clone Wars. Nik and I will lead the Republic fleet, while someone else can take command of the Sep fleet, they will need to post the fleet stats though. Here are the stats for the Rep fleet

Okay, here's the Seperatist Fleet, under the command of Altessa Kenadia Alyn (the seperatist female you let me use as one of my characters). Let me know if I have to make any changes, as I am new to this. I may have more ships than you guys do, but that's only because I'm pretty sure that yours are more powerful than most of mine.

General Sunskimmer sat in his quarters of the flagship of the 38th Republic Defense Fleet, the Venator Star Destroyer Corellian Fire as the fleet exitted hyperspace just outside of orbit of Badgen.
Horkon: Personal log; It had been just over a standard Badgenese month since the sector was cleared of the Seperatists presence, but the Scarlet Claw terrorist group has still been razing the loyalists in system. The ruling body of the system is afraid this may be a way on softening by the locals prior to a final Confederacy invasion. At General Nik Vecto's request, and also at the request of the local government, I have agreed to lend my skills to the final defense of this culture, it is the way of the Jedi after all to protect life. This is the first time in years that I am afraid. I'm not afraid to die, I'm afraid of letting down these people. As always, my dear wife Zul is at my side, even though I asked her to stay at the Temple on Courscant. These next few hours will decide the fate of the entire sector. End recording.
Zul: It will be alright my love. We will win... if the Force wills it.
Horkon: I know... We need to get to the bridge, Captain Galnor and Master vecto are waiting for us.

Altessa Kenadia Alyn: "So, the Republic has sent another fleet to engage us ...very well. We will crush them, once, and for all! Order all ships into battle formations now!"
Fleet Officer: "Yes, my commander!"

Tactical officer Talon: Sir! We are picking up multiple hostile targets exiting hyperspace. Their gunports are open! Repeat, gunports are open! Weapons hot!
Captain Galnor: All stations fire at will! Repeat, FIRE! Launch everything we've got!
Meanwhile in the massive hanger bay of the Corellian Fire, fighters are being prepared for combat.
Deck officer: Get those warheads loaded! All pilots to your 'birds'!

Altessa: "Launch all fighters and have them disperse to avoid any cluster weapons! Have the Missile Frigates concentrate fire on one star destroyer at a time, and make sure that those Frigates are covered!"
Swarms of droid fighters are launched from all the ships that could carry them, spacing out to avoid splash damage weapons, while the Missile Frigates open fire on the closest star destroyer, while being protected by a screen of cruisers.

Missiles continuously pound away at the Home Guard
, causing massive damage. The central portion of the capital ships super-structure begins to weaken.
Onboard the bridge of the Corellian Fire
Comm. officer: Sirs, the Home Guard
is breaking up under enemy fire. Heavy casualties.
Captain Galnor: Get to the life pods... get to the... by the Force!
The Home Guard breaks in two and explodes, but in doing so it takes out 1 Missile Frigate and her guards.

The Loronar Huntress-class Pursuit Cruiser Grappler moves in to intercept incoming missiles fired at the Corellian Fire. The Grappler launches counter-measures at the incoming warheads.
Captain Galnor: Thanks for the save Commander Fronx.
Commander Fronx: Just doing our jobs Captain.
Several squadrons of the aging V-19 Torrent starfighters take up position around the flagship.

Most of the missiles fired at the star destroyer do not hit at all.
Altessa: "Curses! Frigate escorts, open fire on that Huntress ship, and any others that attempt to screen those star destroyers."
