OOC: Well, in other RPs I have done with other people, Marcus and Ivanova are on the council. What if Matt Hunter is taking part in the mission as well?

OOC: I think Ivanova should be a junior council member and both her parents had been Jedi survivors of the Clone Wars and despite her mother being killed by a Dark Acolyte, she was trained by her father.

OOC: Which means Matt may just conscript him to the Council when this is all over. BTW, what do you say we start using the Starship Troopers RPG board you put together for its intended purpose?
Also, my head canon was leaning towards Matt, as of this moment, being in the Hapan Cluster doing some recruiting (and allaying any worries about the new Jedi Order being 'cradle robbers')... but that can be altered if you think it's not a good idea.

Meanwhile on the planet, the Dark Side followers (who call themselves the "Brotherhood of Dark Justice") are preparing to attack the Jedi survivors.

The probots pick up the Brotherhood's preparations and transmit a high-priority message to the Resolution. No one planetside is any the wiser about it. Aboard the battlecruiser, the message is received and re-transmitted to Coruscant to be forwarded to the Grand Master, who is currently in the Hapan Cluster.
OOC: The refugees have regressed technologically to a medieval level, meaning no blasters, no functional lightsabers, very primitive slugthrowers, and no modern explosives...

OOC: So, the few lightsabers that had been brought with have broken some time ago. Makes sense. What about Force imbued swords like those used by the ancient Jedi and dark Jedi on Tython?

Ivanova and her husband are worried about what is occurring on the planet and though the female is willing to wait for word from the Grand Master, Marcus is rather impatient and wants to help right away.
"Marcus my love, you know we cannot go in blasters blazing." Ivanova states calmly. "We need to wait for the Grand master so we can come up with a plan."
"You are right." Marcus responds in respect. Though Ivanova is younger than he, she is the wiser of the two.

On Hapes, Matt receives the message and politely excuses himself to the family he is speaking with. He is not a happy camper as he views the data gathered by Resolution's deployed probots.
