"We've got fireteams going through the ship compartment by compartment to make sure we didn't miss anything," Barquan says through the blast doors via comlink. "Still, it's safe enough to unseal the blast doors for the bridge."

A team with cutting equipment is called in to deal with the blast door. The Nebulon Ranger is grounded until major repairs are made as a team of Commando Droids wreaked havoc on the engine room.
"Acting Captain Hunter, permission to be brought aboard the Sovereign along with my command staff? We wish to be part of the big fight in system and as my command is pretty much a makeshift base now, we..." Captain Tarreck starts but is cut off by Kari Hunter.

"Permission granted." Kari responds before Captain Tarreck can finish. "I will send a shuttle to collect you and your staff."
"Thank you, Jedi Hunter." Captain Tarreck responds.

In transit to the Sovereign, the shuttle has several close calls with enemy fighters but is able to land in the main hangar with only some minor scorch marks to the hull. Captain Tarreck is the first to disembark from the shuttle and is soon escorted to the bridge of the Sovereign.
"Jedi Hunter, I wish to thank you for allowing my command staff and I to take part in the coming battle." Tarreck states. "Where do you need us?"

"I need a qualified Executive Officer," Kari notes. "If you take the job, I think I can swing it so that you keep your rank."

"I would be honored." Tarreck responds. "Alright people, see where you can help the crew of this vessel."
Captain Tarreck's command staff split up and take up vacant positions. Two even make their way to the engine room to help there.

The Sovereign receives orders from Master Yoda to assist in the Battle of Kashyyyk as the fighting is getting bad. The CIS is starting to bombard the tree villages with incendiary weapons.

With the Star Destroyer now in orbit, Kari takes her troops to the surface of Kashyyyk.
