IC: Despite the best attempts on the GAR, Tarkin escapes to become a thorn in the side of the Republic. A month later, Grievous is killed in an orbital bombardment and the remains of the CIS sue for peace.

The Clone Wars have come to an end and about half of the planets that joined the CIS have rejoined the Republic after Bail Organa has made changes that those worlds wanted before the war.

Tano and Rex marry and get a small place on Alderaan to live out their days. Thanks to Kal Skirata, the clones will now be able to live a more normal lifespan should they choose to accept the cure to the growth acceleration.
