Upon emerging from hyperspace in the D'Qar System, Admiral Hunter and the Starkiller couple take a Lambda-class shuttle to the surface. Leia Organa-Solo meets them upon arrival.

OOC: While Marcus and Ivanova haven't met her, they have met Han Solo. Speaking of Han, perhaps the Han that was fighting Zsinj is still alive and comes out of the rift shortly after the destruction of Starkiller Base?

OOC: Actually, my headcanon's saying the rift was a temporal rift (time travel). That said, our heroes arriving in the climatic battle of TFA has effectively written us into a corner where we've only got a couple of scenes left before we hit Wild Space in regard to canon (so far). What if we back up the arrival to the Battle on Takodana?

OOC: Then the game would have to go on hiatus until Episode VIII, and again after we deal with that content to wait for Episode IX. Restarting the TFA content from Takodana gives us more room to play.

Start the action in the Dathomir System in the climatic battle from The Courtship of Princess Leia, assuming that that novel and the X-Wing series up to that point (and Shadows of the Empire) are canon. No Hapan capital ships or fighters will come along for the ride.

IC: General Leia bows to the Starkiller couple. "I thought both of you had died when the Knights of Ren killed the other Jedi."
OOC: I figure that the "New Canon" versions of Marcus and Ivanova had indeed been killed by the Knights of Ren in battle, Ivanova herself being killed by Kylo Ren, driving marcus into a berserk rage, which led to his demise.
IC2: "I believe we are not really from this version of the universe." Marcus states. "A rift pulled our fleet to this realm. We had been fighting an Imperial Warlord named Zsinj when all Hell broke loose."
"In our reality, the Jedi Order is as strong as Grand Master Skywalker hoped." Ivanova adds.
